Crabber Nation wants to thank the United States Military Army and Navy for supporting the CAHS students during the Military Day Team Building Events! Several students interested in military service and team building participated in problem solving events that required physical and mental resolve. The students that participated were respectful and showed great communication skills! Well Done to all! This event is the first of its kind from the organization's knowledge. Go Crabber Nation!

I want to recognize these three young ladies for being "Champions of Progress". These young ladies took initiative to address concerns as a voice for their fellow students. They raised their voices in an appropriate and respectful manner without complaining and without defiance. They have seen the process through and I am very proud of them for advocating for themselves and their peers!

Earlier this year, Zach Gunter was once again selected as a Ben Carson Scholar, a prestigious honor awarded to students who exemplify academic excellence and a strong commitment to community service. On Sunday, May 18th, the Gunter family attended the 29th Annual Maryland Carson Scholars Fund Banquet, where Zach had the distinguished opportunity to speak with Dr. Ben Carson and his wife, Candy Carson.
