Princess Anne Elementary School

Good evening!  This is Mrs. Taylor, principal of Princess Anne Elementary School with the weekly updates for the week of February 5, 2024.  The snack and share for quarter 3 will be held this Thursday, February 8th.  Kindergarten will be held at 12:30,  Pre K3 and PreK4 at 1:30 and First Grade at 2:40.  Please remember to bring your license to check in at the front desk.  This is for all parents who returned the RSVP form that was sent home.  Students may wear their spirit shirts on Wednesday with uniform bottoms.   Students should wear regular uniforms on all other days.  Please look for the flyer for Jump Rope for Heart for grades Kindergarten and First Grade, supporting  the American Heart Association.  This is the 100th anniversary of Jump Rope for Heart, so our goal is to have 100 participants.  All money for Jump Rope for Heart is due February 29th.  Mr. Nelson will have hula hoop competitions during gym class for all who raise money for the American Heart Association.  On March 29th,  Mr. Nelson will host a hula hoop competition for the classroom winners.  This is a wonderful way to raise funds for a helpful organization and raise awareness for heart health.  I hope that everyone has a great end to their weekend.  I look forward to seeing everyone in the morning!  Go Wildcats!
