On Tuesday, November 11, 2025, students at Princess Anne Elementary had special guest readers visit the school. Local veterans were invited to come read to Kindergarten and First Grade classes. Veterans were treated to coffee and breakfast before visiting classrooms and sharing special books about veterans and Thanksgiving with the students.
